Our office is open 5 days a week. Answerphone operates if we are busy and unable to reach the phone (we may be working machinery/on the other line, or at the Post Office in which case please leave a message). Phone messages and emails are answered promptly during working hours. We are usually available 70% of the working day, but we do close for a half day occassionally for maintenance work (we try to pick a Wednesday, AM).
PLEASE NOTE: Nylet has for the past 20 years been run on a purely mail order basis: we are thus able to focus on orders from at home and abroad enabling us to effect a brisk turnaround on stock items. By phone, ask for Frank Parsons. The other members of the team are Chris (yacht restoration) and John (fittings & other technical things!).
To save time and before you contact us please look in our price list (over 600 items) to see if the parts/sails/items you require are listed; make a list of the parts/sails you need to order. If you use the 'quick email' form below and you do not receive a reply inside 24 hours then either we are closed for holiday (see dates) or our reply may have arrived in your spam/junk folder. If no reply then please click on the other email link which will open in your usual email system, or phone us to chat.
Encrypting card numbers/details.
