Making your orderand payment. We accept VISA & Mastercard, also PayPal (extra charge applies), and electronic bank transfer (BACS). Currently cheques are not being accepted. Please phone or email us with your list.
You can use the Nylet (printable) Order Form, in Word. If you prefer to phone your order you may find the form useful to note down the items you wish to order prior to your call. There is no facility to pay online.
The preferred way of placing your order is via PHONE; this is quicker for us to process for you and we work out the most economic rate of postage or carriage. Card details should be phoned to us as paper or email is
not secure (unless encrypted). We are here most of the day (hours can vary) but might be at our workbench or taking another phone call and unable to answer yours; if so then simply leave a voice message and we will
return your call when we are free. Any holiday or day closure dates are to be found on our "contact" page.
Your contact details. Ensure that you give us your FULL address with post town and postcode, an email address & phone number/s. If you live abroad then also your zip code and country. Please ensure your address
is correct and is recognised by the postal authorities (also carrier/courier). In all cases we require a contact name & phone number.
All orders for fittings and allied items are processed promptly. Goods are securely packed to ensure safe arrival to their destination. Postage/carriage rates (inside the UK) start at around £4 for paper booklets.
Items are despatched by standard 1st class post at home (UK). Items such as sail bags and mast tubing exceeding 1M, are usually despatched via carrier in UK and via fully insured air freight to overseas
destinations. Items sent abroad such as fittings and sails are routed via air mail insured post.
ESTIMATED MAKING/DESPATCH TIMES (not including transit times). Please bear in mind we are now on the run up to latest posting dates for Christmas. Despatch/making times will vary week on week especially at the moment.
We will advise you via email, text or phone, with full details of route etc, just as soon as your order has been despatched.
Stock fittings, accessories, tubing; currently allow 4 or more days from receipt of order to process & despatch your paid up order. Rig/fittings/sail kits will take longer.
SAILS. We are experiencing strong volumes of sail orders; all orders are made in order of date received. Cotton work will take longer due to its specialised nature.
Note: special sails to your dimensions, plan, or templates are cut individually and are not put into a standard sail cutting run.
Every suit is made specially by us to order with the trim colour and detail you specify. However very occasionally we may have in stock the odd suit, and if so it will be noted in the price list (section F6, 'stock sails').
COTTON SAILS are very much a specialist craft and our workload can vary considerably month on month, we advise in current conditions that customers should plan ahead.
Thanks to everyone who gave us such favourable feedback on our products (see the various pages for customers comments).
We wish you enjoyable building and successful sailing.
Frank Parsons.

Stunning sails, so well shaped and crafted and have rigged very well on my IOM. Yesterday the best results I have ever had since June when I bought the IOM. Three second places, and some praise from other club members one of which came
over to see what make of sails they are. Thank you for great sails that look superb. Stephen.
