Hello Frank – Happy New Year. We haven’t communicated for a while so thought it time to show you what I have been up to. I have designed and built my own Mini40, which appears to be going quite well. I need to start making changes to the foils – I have enough info now to see what is wrong. It was really interesting to see the boat foiling upwind a few times, though not for very long. It is all a question of getting the right amount of power out of the rig. Not too much, not too little.
